Rezabal's rosé comes from a family estate at Zarautz on the Basque coast, mostly Hondarrabi Beltza trained high on traditional pergolas to catch the Atlantic breeze that lends the wine its salinity and cut. Dry and low in alcohol, with a whisper of natural spritz, it moves between wild strawberry, cranberry, and citrus before closing on a clean, briny minerality.
