Excélia is the vintage cuvée from Liébart-Régnier, a seven-generation grower family split across the two banks of the Marne. Pinot Noir-led with Chardonnay (80/20), it's structured and full, layering fresh apple and white fruits over a taut acid line and a fine, persistent bead. The estate has farmed to HVE and Champagne's sustainable-viticulture standards for years and moved into organic conversion in 2020 — grower Champagne with real substance for the price.
