Folk Machine's Rosé is 100% Gamay from Cedar Lane Vineyard in Arroyo Seco — one of California's coldest, windiest AVAs, often likened to Carneros, on a rock-strewn sandy site the locals call "Greenfield Potatoes." From the Hobo Wine Co. team, it's their ninth vintage off vines they grafted over a decade ago: pressed straight with only fleeting skin contact, then fermented slow and cool in stainless to lock in aromatics. The result is pale, dry, and bracing — guava, ripe red berry, honeydew, and pink grapefruit over a clean saline snap, feather-light but mouthwatering.
