Devevey's Beaune 1er Cru Pertuisots is Pinot Noir from a grower who farms this Côte de Beaune fruit organic and biodynamic, at whisper-low yields with barely any sulfur. The 2022 sees full whole-cluster, which turns the site's natural firmness into something perfumed and lifted: deep-colored, plush across the mid-palate, layered with dark cherry, rose, and a savory whole-bunch spine.
