Cirelli Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2024

About the Wine: A robust Italian seaside red with a deep color. On the nose, red cherry, raspberry, and plum with a fresh herbal note of oregano. On the palate, it is juicy and chewy, with a solid tannic grip and bright tartness. Medium-bodied and full of energy — an everyday red that overdelivers.
About the Producer: Francesco Cirelli left a career in economics in 2003 to farm near Atri, on Abruzzo's Adriatic coast. The estate has been certified organic since 2006, with biodynamic-inspired practices — grazing animals, polyculture, and no chemical treatments. Cirelli also grows olives, grains, and figs. His philosophy in the cellar is simple: less is more.
