2022 Salcheto Vino Nobile di Montepulciano
Out of stock
About the Wine: On the nose, dark and red fruit — plum and black cherry — alongside dried flowers, tobacco, and a savory, earthy note. On the palate, it is bright and firm, with fine tannins and lively tartness that keeps it fresh. Medium + body, it's structured and made for the table with a hearty meal.
About the Producer: Salcheto is an artisanal winery in Montepulciano, Tuscany, founded in 1984 and named after the willow-lined stream near its vineyards. In 1997, Michele Manelli took over and transformed it into one of Italy’s most forward-thinking estates (the winery runs entirely on solar power), expanding from just a few hectares to nearly 60 today.
