Ikons is an equal-parts blend of Škrlet and Graševina — the two iconic white varieties of Moslavina, a small continental Croatian region — from Tomislav Voštinić, whose family has farmed here since 1936 and tends some of the oldest living Škrlet vines in existence. Grown organically and fermented with native yeasts, it's an homage to his grandfather's idea of the perfect everyday wine: Škrlet brings the aromatics and brightness, Graševina the depth and fruit. Soft and effortlessly refreshing, it pours flowery and bright with white peach, crisp apple, honeysuckle, and elderflower over a citrus lift.
