Division-Villages is the everyday "bistro" line from Portland's Division Winemaking Company, the Kate Norris–Tom Monroe project rooted in the low-intervention wines they learned to make in Beaujolais, Burgundy, and the Loire. This Pinot Noir is done méthode carbonique — whole-cluster carbonic maceration drawn from three Willamette Valley sites — which trades structure for lift and juice. Expect a bright ruby, fruit-forward glass: red cherry, wild strawberry, and violet with a whisper of crushed herb, light-bodied and silky with soft tannins and a clean, mineral close.
